Romani is a listed modernist house in the town centre of Caldes d´Estrac (Barcelona), located on the second line of the sea.		The restoration began in 2004, and has respected the original structures (façade, porches, large windows, stairway, ceilings, ...) at the same time as incorporating more modern functions (en- suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, ...).		By redifining the original space yet keeping the original characteristics, we have created a pleasing and quality environment.
